PRACTICE POLICY

New Patients are always very welcome. A New Patient will receive an examination with x rays, followed by a treatment plan/estimate.
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient’s problem. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins.
Payments are due as treatment progresses at each appointment. Patients will be asked to keep up to date with payments as treatment progresses and that all payments are made by completion of treatment. Any additional treatment found to be required must be paid for as this treatment is carried out.
For your financial convenience, we offer many different extended payment plans to suit different budgets, some even interest free, through CareCredit. Please inquire with our friendly staff. We accept assignment from most insurance plans, and as a courtesy to you will file the necessary papers to the insurance company. We will also accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, personal check, or cash.
The payment is expected to be satisfied at the time of service, unless pre-arranged otherwise. If paid in full up front 6% discount applies.
If canceling an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in the amount of $50. Giving us notice allows us to offer these appointments to others and avoid these charges.
Missed appointments will be charged $50. After three “no shows” (meaning not making it to your appointment and failure to give notice of missing the appointment), we may ask you to seek another dental provider.
We try to see all emergencies within 24hrs. Please call as early as possible so that we may accommodate you.
We are more than happy to accept referrals from existing patients at the practice. This is a huge compliment to everyone at the practice.
